 During the trauma recovery basics workshop, part 1 they will explore:

• Trauma & The Body - Take a deeper look at how trauma involves the entire body as a whole system.

• Symptoms & Presentation - Explore the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs and symptoms of trauma.

• Types of Trauma - Trauma comes in many forms.

• Identify similarities, differences, and compounding impacts.

• Practical Strategies for Healing - Learn simple and strategic treatment steps and methods for trauma recovery.
