Delabar CTE System is a regionally-organized system that delivers career and technical education (CTE) programs to its member schools:
Delabar CTE System is governed by a Board of Control, which is a legal entity defined by its local cooperative agreement. Only members of the Delabar CTE System receive state and federal CTE funds. The geographic boundaries of the Delabar CTE System are aligned with the boundaries of the Henderson-Mercer-Warren Counties Regional Office of Education, Knox County Regional Office of Education, and Carl Sandburg College to maintain operations effectiveness, efficiency, and program continuity.
